Once you have purchased from Smayver, we want you to enjoy your product as quickly as possible. Our delivery services have been designed to offer the best service and flexibility while keeping our prices as low as possible.

Dependent upon the carrier used for this service, and if you are not able to take delivery of your order, the parcel will be taken to either your local Post Office sorting office or the carrier’s local depot. You will be advised which location on the attempted delivery notification card the carrier leaves at the delivery address.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Smayver is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and customers must pay for these in full. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns procedure

You can only return to Smayver, products which have been purchased directly through this Website. If you purchased at a retail store or from another websites the products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Smayver product please email customerservice@smayver.com and, please follow our Returns Procedure, so that we can assist you in the exchange or refund of your order.

You may return unused product/s which you wish to exchange or return within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you.

Delivery costs

  1. a) If you are returning goods for exchange or return, you will be liable for the delivery charge back to us.
  2. b) We will not refund the original delivery charge (if any) in the case.
  3. c) You will not be liable for the delivery costs incurred by us in sending you any products as exchanges.
  4. d) In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered.
  5. e) We will only pay the return costs and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty.
